The Collaborative Communities Project wants to see our vibrant third sector grow in size, capacity and quality. Previous projects, funding and a huge amount of hard work from individuals and organisations have established a thriving sector and Collaborative Communities works to consolidate this.
Funding is becoming increasingly scarce and the way that public services are being delivered is changing. This presents both opportunities and threats to third sector organisations.
The majority of support is available through one to one support from trained officers in the CVC’s and Local Authorities. These officers can guide you towards other forms of support such as workshops and conferences.
We also deliver task focused workshops offering an opportunity to learn new knowledge and skills to implement within your organisation. For example you can learn business development tools and use them to develop a sustainable funding strategy, and work with colleagues to understand how to measure your social impact.
